I continue to develop and refresh my practice and relationship with compassion, with learning from teachers, retreats and everyday life. I have support from a regular mentor.

Since 2016, I have been involved as a mindfulness teacher in the MYRIAD project, University of Oxford, teaching Finding Peace in a Frantic World and MBCT for Life in schools.
